I was born in Pasewalk in August 1977. The place Pasewalk is a small town in Mecklenburg Vorpommern. I grew up in the GDR and had a wonderful childhood and youth. Even as a child, I devoted myself entirely to sport. At that time my great passion was martial arts judo. I have made the Judo sport over many years very successful and with great passion. From today's point of view, this has shaped me very much, especially in terms of discipline and daily motivation to grow beyond one's own limits.

I left my hometown at the age of 19 to study business administration and moved to Berlin in 1998 after completing my military service.

With the entry into professional life and the birth of my daughter, the sport has unfortunately been somewhat neglected by me. I didn't think much about it at the time. What is healthy for my body and how do I harm my body? But then came the time when I thought more and more about it and started again with the sport. From then on, a new passion developed within me.

Natural Bodybuilding!

It was fascinating to see how quickly you can shape and change your body through proper nutrition and training.

Training in the gym and conscious nutrition became more and more a part of my life for me.

Through various movement tests I recognize whether and which movement restrictions you have. Based on these results, I will optimize your training so that you can train away these limitations in as short a time as possible, become stronger, faster and fitter. For the Functional Training does not only mean that it is a healthy and gentle way to train. It is a very varied type of training, which brings with it a great fun factor. If you don't want to build muscle mountains, want to be fit and agile instead, and want to build defined muscles, this is the right type of training for you. There are countless possibilities where and how you can complete the Functional Training. Either at home, in the park or on a playground, on the beach or in studios. Mainly you train with your own body weight, but also with dumbbell, barbell, resistance ligaments, thera ligaments, balls, sling trainer and many more. The Functional Training Functional Training serves for stabilization, strength endurance, muscle building and to improve speed and agility.
